Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and customer requirements into automation solutions.
- Develop scalable high-level architectures and reusable frameworks and modules.
- Lead use-case discussions and use data analysis to increase automation adoption.
- Analyze customer requirements and optimize infrastructure usage.
- Contribute to Automation, Analytics, and AI/ML solution roadmaps.
- Design and integrate automation and orchestration solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, and systematic validation.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Track emerging automation trends and promote industry best practices.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent in ECE, CSE, or IT.
- At least 6 years of experience in automation architecture.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented design.
- Expertise in Java and proficiency in Python, Groovy, or C++.
- Hands-on programming experience with Java, Python, Groovy, and JavaScript.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, domain-driven design, SOLID principles, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, OpenAPI, API versioning, service-to-service communication, and web services.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and data science concepts, UNIX/Linux platforms, SQL/PLSQL databases, scripting languages, and web technologies.
- Telecom domain knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication, collaboration, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
