Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modular, reusable React components for rich and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to improve existing interfaces and shape new user flows.
- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases for code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Coordinate between UI/UX designers, backend developers, and end users to align functionality with design intent.
- Contribute to frontend architectural decisions and participate in design and code reviews.
- Build interactive interfaces including drag-and-drop layouts, WYSIWYG editors, and topology-style device maps.
- Implement snapping, dynamic resizing, collision detection, visual feedback, zooming, panning, and node-link editing interactions.
- Build scalable visualization components for device relationships, floorplans, and system topologies.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows and automate repetitive coding tasks to improve development efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience developing with React.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES2015+, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of programming principles, design patterns, web protocols, and security practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Commitment to clean code, performance optimization, profiling, and responsive user interfaces.
- Experience working with Git and Git flow in collaborative development environments.
- Proficiency with AI development environments such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Expertise in AI development techniques such as Spec-Driven Development.
- Preferred experience with Node.js and additional programming languages or full-stack development.
- Preferred familiarity with Redux, React-Redux, redux-thunk, and redux-saga.
- Preferred experience using TypeScript in large-scale frontend applications.
- Preferred proficiency with styled-components.
- Preferred experience with Jest.
- Preferred experience handling video, audio, and image optimization in user interfaces.
- Preferred exposure to frontend development for networking, mobile, or IoT device interfaces.
- Preferred familiarity with visualization techniques for topology maps, hierarchical graphs, and interactive layouts.
- Preferred experience implementing zooming, panning, snapping, and node-link editing.
