Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines for application development and deployment.
- Establish and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns.
- Automate processes and tasks to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, architecture, risk, security, and external vendors to deliver production-ready platform capabilities.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, scalability, and security.
- Define and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for incident identification and resolution.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, technical support, environment improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain infrastructure, application, and system security in compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Provide rotational weekly and weekend off-hours L3-4 on-call support.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and stay current with DevSecOps and cybersecurity practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing infrastructure as code using DevSecOps pipelines.
- Proven experience in DevSecOps or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Azure DLT technologies including Besu and Canton.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Azure Active Directory, Key Vault, Storage, and Functions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, secure software development practices, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with CNAPP, Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation for AWS.
- Knowledge of networking, IAM policies, and cloud-native security controls.
