Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions using AWS Bedrock.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents for IT help desk workflows.
- Develop enterprise integrations through REST APIs.
- Automate ticket triage, routing, and access request workflows.
- Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
- Integrate AI workflows with KACE, Okta, Azure AD, and similar enterprise platforms.
- Design secure, scalable, maintainable cloud-native solutions.
- Improve AI agent performance with engineering teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience building AI agents, including Bedrock Agents, Action Groups, and Guardrails.
- Experience developing serverless applications with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST APIs.
- Experience with identity and access management integrations.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures and generative AI applications.
- Strong problem-solving and English communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Preferred experience with Okta, Azure Active Directory, KACE, enterprise ITSM platforms, authentication and identity management, Amazon API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, infrastructure as code, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflow optimization.
