Responsibilities
- Design and develop ML/GenAI applications from conception to deployment.
- Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess datasets and develop prompts for LLMs.
- Lead the architecture of scalable Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines.
- Build and deploy machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms like GCP.
- Write clean, high-quality code and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ML/AI application design and deployment.
- Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience in building secure applications.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of 4+ members.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with document extraction, conversational AI, and NLP.
