Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture and technical standards for complex generative AI and agentic systems.
- Build foundation-model and embedding fine-tuning, agentic workflows, advanced RAG, and semantic search systems hands-on.
- Design and operate production systems for latency, reliability, cost, scale, observability, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Architect multi-step reasoning and multi-agent workflows with robust design and verification practices.
- Partner with client leadership, translate business strategy into AI architecture, and shape technical solutions during pre-sales.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through architecture reviews and establish a high, teachable engineering bar.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 12 years of software, AI, or ML engineering experience with a substantial record of delivering AI systems to production at scale.
- Demonstrated technical leadership owning architecture and setting direction across engagements or teams.
- Proven experience deploying generative AI and/or agentic products to production.
- Experience with classic machine learning, including neural networks, training, and tuning, is strongly preferred.
- Foundation-model or novel-model experience is a distinct plus.
- Senior client-facing experience translating technical complexity into business value for executive stakeholders.
- Mastery of Python and shell scripting, with deep expertise in modern AI engineering, agentic systems, vector databases, cloud infrastructure, and orchestration frameworks.
