Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for complex Generative AI and agentic systems.
- Engage in hands-on coding for foundation-model fine-tuning and advanced workflows.
- Design systems for latency, reliability, cost, and scale from the outset.
- Architect and operate workflows that automate complex reasoning reliably.
- Advise clients on strategy and shape technical solutions in pre-sales.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering team through architecture reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software, AI, or ML engineering.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture and direction setting.
- Proven track record of deploying Generative AI products to production.
- Experience with classic machine learning and foundation-model work preferred.
- Senior client-facing experience translating technical complexity into business value.
