Base Salary
$100k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs and design technical solutions.
- Act as the main technical point of contact, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept applications for integration with Spok/Grok.
- Advise on system architecture and support advanced application development using LLMs.
- Stay updated on LLM technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in engineering or operations/process development.
- Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to code and develop production-level applications.
- Experience with large language models and machine learning tools.
- Knowledge of LLM techniques, including prompt design and evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
