Responsibilities
- Build components for live trading and research environments.
- Drive automation and improve process robustness.
- Develop robust data checking and handling procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in trading systems.
- Share responsibility for the timely and correct operation of trading systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or another STEM discipline.
- At least two years of commercial experience with Python and its data science libraries on Linux.
- Experience with a systems programming language such as C++ or Rust is preferred.
- Commercial use of cloud compute and containers is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance and trading systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and command of statistics are a plus.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with delivery focus, work with ambiguous requirements, and take ownership while seeking advice when appropriate.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
- Willingness to work in the office five days a week.
