Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices with Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and performant React interfaces using Hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Use AI code-generation tools and prompt-engineering techniques responsibly, validating generated code through review, testing, security checks, and functional verification.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for repeatable build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, documentation, engineering standards, and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues while contributing to software quality and operational reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Node.js, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks; React Hooks, state management, component architecture, and responsive UI development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Git version control, branching practices, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing, and production troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, plus prompt engineering for coding tasks.
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, authorization, access controls, input validation, sensitive-data protection, dependency management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering maintainable, performant, and well-tested software.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud deployment, monitoring, automated testing, static analysis, database optimization, containerization, application security testing, and AI-assisted development governance.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience, significant project delivery, or a strong portfolio may be considered.
