Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and performant React.js user interfaces using Hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Use AI code-generation tools and prompt-engineering techniques to accelerate development, then validate generated output through review, testing, security checks, and functional verification.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for repeatable build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Participate in requirements discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Improve software quality, application performance, development efficiency, operational reliability, reusable components, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong practical proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices in production environments.
- Experience with React Hooks, state management, component architecture, responsive interfaces, and frontend performance.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools, plus prompt engineering for coding tasks.
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, authorization, access controls, input validation, secure API design, sensitive-data protection, dependency management, secrets protection, and vulnerability remediation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud deployment, managed database services, containers, automated testing, static analysis, dependency scanning, performance testing, application security testing, threat modeling, and automated deployment experience.
- Relevant training or preferred certifications in software development, cloud, databases, DevOps, testing, or AI-assisted development may be advantageous.
