Base Salary

Responsibilities

Deliver SAP ABAP development and technical support for on-premise and cloud ECC, S/4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, and related third-party integrations.
Translate functional specifications into ABAP code and perform application analysis, design, development, integration, maintenance, testing, and release support.
Develop and support ABAP and WebDynpro applications for SAP HCM, including ESS, MSS, and HR Renewal solutions.
Provide technical analysis, debugging, issue tracking, resolution, documentation, and code aligned with development standards.
Maintain integrations with enterprise systems using IDocs, RFC/BAPI, file interfaces, proxies, OData/Gateway, REST, SOAP, ALE, and SAP integration tools.
Partner with ERP, HCM, and payroll functional consultants and guide the offshore development center’s ABAP work.
Facilitate design resolution, planning, execution, systems integration, data migration, and vendor or contractor coordination.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical-related field.
At least 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP/4 custom development experience.
At least 10 years of experience deploying and supporting SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors.
Required experience with SAP ERP, HCM, NetWeaver Portal, and Process Integration (PI).
Experience with WebDynpro, UI5, ESS/MSS, HR Renewal, IDocs, RFC/BAPI, file interfaces, proxies, user exits, customer exits, BAdIs, RICEFW, ALE/IDoc, ALV reports, Adapter Framework, and integration tools.
Basic knowledge of OData/Gateway and REST/SOAP; exposure to SAP CPI is needed and is a plus.
Strong systems integration, data migration, technical leadership, communication, customer focus, and vendor or offshore development management experience.
Experience resolving design conflicts, gaining consensus, creating realistic plans, and ensuring effective execution.

Base compensation is listed at $110,000 to $155,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives.
Hybrid and remote work practices are available where feasible; the role is designated Remote for EST/CST.
