Base Salary
$185k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead cloud-based solution design, development, migration, foundational cloud services, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Support serverless cloud architecture, DevSecOps automation, USDA eAuth integration, and Azure Security Center activities.
- Assess existing applications, conduct application rationalization, and develop modernization plans and technical roadmaps.
- Document application needs, architecture diagrams, CIO application support plans, and resource support plans.
- Present solution architectures to architecture review boards and change advisory boards as needed.
- Provide recommendations to CIO management, participate in weekly CIO meetings, and document architecture tasks in GitHub.
Requirements
- AWS Cloud Architect certification is required.
- Experience with cloud-based solution design, development, migration, and cloud computing in an architecture capacity.
- Experience with serverless cloud architecture and design, DevSecOps automation, USDA eAuth integration, and Azure Security Center.
- Prior experience integrating with USDA data centers and environments and supporting U.S. federal government projects.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle is required.
- Excellent communication, time management, decision-making, and task organization skills.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust and pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.
