Responsibilities

  • Support and extend artist tools for internal and external users.
  • Refactor existing tools to improve accessibility and effectiveness for agentic workflows.
  • Create tools supporting user-driven and agent-driven content creation.
  • Collaborate with artists on internal projects and productions.
  • Work with developers across team boundaries on shared initiatives.
  • Contribute to major initiatives shaping the future of the Unreal Editor.

Requirements

  • Excellent C++ skills.
  • Strong experience developing artist tools in the games or film industry.
  • Experience with geometry processing, texture processing, or procedural generation.
  • Fluency with current agentic tools and workflows for programming tasks.
  • A track record of exploring and applying AI capabilities to improve artist workflows.
  • Experience developing within a large codebase.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a distributed team.
  • Experience collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
