Responsibilities
- Contribute to the hands-on development of AI-powered tools and applications.
- Maintain platforms, systems, and infrastructure that support AI development and deployment.
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and continuous improvement for delivered solutions.
- Support intake and coordination of new initiatives from business partners.
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage governance, risk, and compliance standards supporting scalable initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver AI capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in technology, business operations, analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and JSON data structures is a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to process, and follow-through.
- Ability to build relationships across teams and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to transition between technical problem-solving and business-facing responsibilities.
