Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement services and workflows for LLM-powered automation and decision support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype AI solutions and measure outcomes.
- Build AI workflows that integrate tool/function calling and structured outputs.
- Contribute to retrieval and knowledge systems using embeddings and vector databases.
- Create evaluation suites and maintain AI quality and safety measures.
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices in Python or Java.
- Deploy AI services using AWS and manage cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building AI features that connect model APIs to business workflows.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or Java.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud services.
- Familiarity with model APIs and platforms like OpenAI or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of retrieval strategies and vector search technologies.
- Experience with AI orchestration tools and workflow patterns.
- Understanding of enterprise data security and responsible AI practices.
- Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
