Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of application problems.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system issues.
- Mentor junior team members in technical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET full-stack development is required.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development, including related front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Strong software debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with database management and integration within .NET applications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
