Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale Kubernetes-based distributed systems.
- Improve solution delivery maturity through process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and break complex work into manageable tasks.
- Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, CI/CD platforms, testing labs, and related infrastructure.
- Implement secure software delivery pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve scalability, reliability, and security.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments at scale.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD or GitOps, Jenkins and/or Bamboo, and Git.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and automation principles.
- Proven success enhancing DevSecOps processes and solution delivery maturity.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
