Base Salary
$120k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive major team projects and OKRs for complex customer launches.
- Own the full lifecycle of large, complex strategic implementations.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for leadership and high-value clients.
- Mentor and coach other Solutions Engineers through feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Anticipate technical hurdles and develop contingency plans.
- Influence the Solutions Engineering roadmap by proposing improvements.
- Represent the SE function in cross-departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical role.
- Mastery of technical and programming fundamentals.
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale workstreams.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level interactions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.
- History of fostering a healthy team culture through proactive knowledge sharing.
- B.S. in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
