Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during post-sales engagements, including demonstrations, presentations, and customer inquiries.
- Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration points.
- Develop customized product configurations and prototypes.
- Provide technical implementation guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support seamless customer integrations.
- Communicate customer feedback to product development and engineering teams.
- Provide post-sales support to promote customer satisfaction and product success.
- Create and maintain integration guides, FAQs, technical documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting, preferably in AI or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages, APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
- Strong background in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies is preferred.
- Experience in insurance technology or financial services is preferred.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
- Cloud platform certifications, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, are preferred.
- Strong ownership, urgency, and customer focus are expected.
