Base Salary

$150k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end.
Set engineering patterns and standards for the future engineering organization.
Ship production software continuously while working directly with the founding team.
Shape system architecture across agent orchestration, durable execution, self-healing systems, and an integration knowledge base.

Have 2–9 years of professional software engineering experience.
Hold a completed or in-progress engineering, computer science, or quantitative degree from a strong technical university.
Have prior experience as a funded startup founder or early engineer at a well-backed seed or Series A startup.
Demonstrate repeated experience shipping and owning real production systems end-to-end.
Be proficient with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Be able to work with and direct multiple AI coding agents while maintaining strong production-quality judgment.
Bring broad end-to-end engineering ability across agent platforms, infrastructure, and integration runtimes.
Be motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity, early-stage environment.

Annual salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD.
On-site work five days per week in San Francisco, California.
Candidates outside the area may qualify with a concrete, dated relocation plan to San Francisco.
Visa sponsorship is available where an O-1 visa is a realistic path.
