Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding end to end, including integrations, tracing, failure detection, and initial pull requests.
- Embed in customer communication channels and advise on agent architecture and failure modes.
- Write detection logic, evaluations, and observability or monitoring code for production systems.
- Open, defend, and merge pull requests in unfamiliar customer codebases.
- Represent the company in security reviews, deployment architecture decisions, and customer trust discussions.
- Generalize customer learnings into product improvements and reduce manual deployment work over time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software, including success in customer-facing roles such as forward deployment, solutions engineering, consulting, or founding a company.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency and the ability to navigate and patch unfamiliar codebases.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production, including understanding their failure modes.
- Experience writing detection logic, evaluations, and observability or monitoring code for production systems.
- Ability to rapidly understand new systems, diagnose issues, and implement fixes with minimal ramp time.
- Comfort working in ambiguous and unfamiliar organizations.
- Prior experience running agents in production and handling production incidents is a bonus.
