Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders to establish AI-first operational standards.
- Conduct discovery and shadowing to identify AI opportunities.
- Embed within teams to understand workflows and pain points.
- Reimagine workflows by challenging existing assumptions.
- Design and deploy AI-powered automations and internal tools.
- Integrate AI technologies into workflows with appropriate safeguards.
- Measure productivity impacts and track adoption post-deployment.
- Advise leaders on AI capabilities and translate business needs.
- Stay updated on AI tooling advancements and adjust internal strategies.
- Create reusable patterns and templates for automation.
- Collaborate with engineering to align automation with technology strategy.
- Define success metrics for workforce transformation.
- Focus on enabling teams to lead their own evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in AI or analytics roles.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and machine learning concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset for designing experiments and interpreting metrics.
- Clear communication skills for translating technical insights.
- Demonstrated ownership and drive in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to independently develop workflows without external resources.
- Business acumen to articulate AI value to stakeholders.
- Operational rigor in managing vendor relationships and system reliability.
- Proactive in identifying implications of AI advancements for business.
- Leadership skills to drive discussions with senior leaders.
