Base Salary
$155k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and business goals.
- Design scalable AI solution architectures and guide customers through production deployments.
- Build integrations, prototypes, and reusable tools to accelerate customer success.
- Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence platform enhancements.
- Create documentation, reusable best practices, and technical assets for future deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building production-grade software applications.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or backend development.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
- Experience troubleshooting and solving problems across multiple technology layers.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or developer platforms.
- Programming experience with languages such as Python or Java.
- Preferred: experience deploying or supporting generative AI, LLM, or machine learning applications in production.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, or MLOps.
- Preferred: experience building customer-facing technical solutions, integrations, reusable developer tools, frameworks, or open-source contributions.
- Preferred: consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success experience in enterprise environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work directly with enterprise customers in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
