Responsibilities
- Build production-ready agentic AI applications and evolve rapid prototypes into production systems.
- Implement agents, tools, skills, prompts, templates, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype quickly, demonstrate work frequently, communicate trade-offs and results, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience is stated, with additional information specifying a minimum of 4 years in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- Visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Java full-stack development proficiency; core build proficiency in two or more supported programming languages is expected.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, iterate, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
