
Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of scalable and robust full-stack applications using Python, Java, React, Angular, and Airflow.
- Design and develop software applications using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
- Create dynamic and responsive frontend applications with React or Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define requirements and deliver features and data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle while applying security, privacy, quality assurance, and testing best practices.
- Address security vulnerabilities including SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, delivery objectives, timelines, and model implementation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10–14 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, parallel computing, Spring Framework including Spring MVC and Spring Boot, design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in React or Angular frontend development.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
- Knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, and application engine deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the securities or financial analytics industry is preferred.
