Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack applications, services, APIs, and automations for HR use cases.
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic technical designs and implementation concepts.
- Design integrations, data flows, interfaces, and authorization concepts across the HR IT landscape.
- Integrate SaaS products with internal systems, including transformations, migrations, and reconciliation.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, engineers, vendors, security, privacy, and other internal teams.
- Take technical ownership of selected applications and solutions, including architecture, roadmaps, quality, and further development.
- Proactively drive implementation topics and coordinate technical work across internal and external contributors.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering, ideally with full-stack web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with modern full-stack frameworks and patterns; TanStack experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, cloud concepts, and system integrations.
- Experience with data transformations, interfaces, and migration scenarios.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and pragmatic solution design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, cloud infrastructure, and security concepts.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into simple and maintainable technical solutions.
- Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and independently driving topics.
- Experience with HR technology, enterprise SaaS, HR data, or HRIS platforms is helpful but not required.
