Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot experiences for seller productivity.
- Integrate large language models, orchestration frameworks, and AI services into enterprise applications.
- Lead end-to-end software development from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Build scalable React and TypeScript front ends along with robust backend services and APIs.
- Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and related Microsoft business applications.
- Develop cloud-native applications using Azure services, distributed architectures, event-driven patterns, and platform engineering principles.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, observability, deployment automation, and developer productivity.
- Apply security-by-design principles and ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and operational standards.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews, contribute to technical strategy, and collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI and development technologies, including GitHub Copilot and agent-based engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping commercial software.
- Programming experience with one or more of C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience building modern web applications and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and cloud services.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Preferred: 10+ years building enterprise-scale software products and services.
- Preferred: experience with AI-powered applications, Copilot experiences, intelligent agents, or conversational AI.
- Preferred: expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, microservices architectures, React, TypeScript, Azure, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases, and enterprise data platforms.
- Preferred: experience with application security, identity, authentication, authorization, developer platforms, and platform engineering.
- Preferred: ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and drive cross-organizational outcomes.
- Preferred: experience with GitHub Copilot, agent-based engineering workflows, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Preferred: strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
