Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and translate client requirements into target architectures and solution designs.
- Define integration patterns, estimate work packages, and support successful implementation planning.
- Provide technical input to tenders, proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept exercises.
- Advise clients on measurable business outcomes and help quantify the value of the platform.
- Represent client needs to product architecture and engineering teams and support roadmap development.
- Travel to client sites across the UK, Europe, and beyond as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
- Experience building and architecting systems, including solutions on AWS, finance and billing platforms, and API technologies such as GraphQL and webhooks.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to varied stakeholders, including technical architects and C-suite leaders.
- Experience working with regulated energy retailers, particularly billing, metering, and settlements systems.
- Experience architecting SaaS solutions, designing large-scale software systems, or working with large energy retailers is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and focus on customer outcomes and data-driven decision-making.
