Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought partner to Anthropic’s go-to-market partnerships team and help shape strategic partner programs.
- Embed with system integrator and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, troubleshoot issues, evangelize Anthropic, and handle complex technical escalations.
- Identify high-value industry-specific generative AI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and deployment best practices.
- Support strategic customer deals by providing solution architecture guidance and deep technical expertise.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, conferences, hackathons, developer events, and technical enablement sessions.
- Collect partner-use-case and deployment feedback to inform Anthropic’s product roadmap and partner strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Demonstrated success partnering with global or regional system integrators and/or cloud providers on complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and IT teams.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, including translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs and competing priorities, teach, mentor, and support others.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range of £150,000–£190,000 GBP.
- Hybrid work policy requiring staff to work from an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office time.
- Anthropic sponsors visas and will make every reasonable effort to obtain a visa if an offer is made, though sponsorship is not successful for every role or candidate.
