Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and leverage AI/LLM technologies to deliver intelligent, automated experiences for clinicians and patients.
- Design and influence scalable full-stack architecture for AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Lead or contribute to technical planning while balancing feasibility, clinical usability, and business impact.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Mentor engineers on design patterns, code standards, and technical thinking.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship intuitive solutions for clinical environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack skills with Python on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend.
- Working knowledge of containers and cloud technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production.
- Experience driving work from early ideation through successful production deployment.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and resourcefulness skills.
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where shipping quickly is expected.
