Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics and supply chain stakeholders to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Logistics and SAP EWM solution design for warehouse operations, inventory, production supply, fulfillment, shipping, and transportation.
- Lead SAP EWM implementations, warehouse expansions, and WM-to-EWM migration projects.
- Design integrations between SAP EWM, enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, transportation systems, third-party logistics providers, and warehouse automation technologies.
- Support warehouse transformation, automation deployments, testing, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide guidance on APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, SAP modernization, process automation, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Facilitate workshops, architectural reviews, project planning, risk assessment, vendor coordination, documentation, and solution governance.
- Mentor functional consultants, analysts, and project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
- Hands-on experience leading solution design for SAP EWM implementations.
- Experience with at least one SAP WM-to-EWM migration or warehouse transformation program.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA logistics processes, integration capabilities, warehouse operations, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects involving logistics, manufacturing, procurement, planning, quality, transportation, and third-party logistics teams.
- Experience with warehouse automation integrations such as AutoStore, ASRS, robotics, AMRs, AGVs, WCS, WES, and MFS platforms is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP Signavio, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and process mining solutions is preferred.
- SAP EWM or SAP S/4HANA certifications and experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, collaboration, and project delivery skills.
