Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and on-time release delivery.
- Capture customer requirements and feedback, respond to requests, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to develop programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Toad Data Modeler.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, test software, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to prepare accurate project, quality, MIS, and status reports.
- Commitment to software quality, customer focus, and ongoing skill development.
