Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate software components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement development practices that improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architectural discussions and improve development processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for full-stack development.
- Expertise in commerce full-stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- 6–10 years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and complex troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work onsite 3–5 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Sunnyvale, California.
- Ability to work a day-shift schedule and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous learning.
