Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews, solution design, technical planning, and enterprise-scale IAM implementations.
- Define IAM engineering standards, best practices, governance controls, and strategic modernization roadmaps.
- Design, develop, maintain, upgrade, tune, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Build custom connectors, workflows, rules, and integrations using Java, BeanShell, and SailPoint frameworks.
- Integrate IAM capabilities with directory services, HR systems, ServiceNow, CyberArk, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle workflows, RBAC, access certification, SoD controls, and policy enforcement.
- Lead platform performance tuning, capacity planning, provisioning, aggregation, availability, and operational stability efforts.
- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, compliance, audit, governance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional influence over architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IAM experience, including at least 5 years focused on SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, Java and BeanShell development, directory services, SQL and database integrations, access certifications, role management, RBAC, SoD controls, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience leading technical designs and enterprise-scale IAM implementations.
- Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical teams and influence architecture decisions.
- Preferred: healthcare industry experience; CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Entra ID, Okta, or other IAM/PAM experience; cloud IAM experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; CISSP, SailPoint Certified Engineer, Security+, or equivalent certification; and experience supporting audit and regulatory requirements.
