Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade LLM applications and intelligent agents supporting complex reasoning, secure tool usage, and autonomous multi-step workflows.
- Architect standardized MCP server and enterprise data/tool integrations across Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing systems.
- Implement AI gateway security controls including authentication, rate limiting, logging, and policy compliance for model and agent traffic.
- Implement SSO-based identity inheritance so agents operate within the requesting user's permissions without privilege escalation or standing overreach.
- Partner with Information Security on RBAC/ABAC access controls and establish observability standards for agent behavior and data access.
- Build secure, code-driven AI automation with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience deploying GenAI or LLM systems in production.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, provider-native orchestration, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Assistants/Agents SDK, or comparable implementations.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating MCP servers or comparable connector frameworks.
- Experience with AI gateway solutions such as Cloudflare AI Gateway.
- Working knowledge of SSO and identity federation using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0, including propagating identity through agentic tool calls.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and vector databases including MongoDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or OpenSearch.
- Preferred experience building AI solutions for Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing use cases.
- Preferred familiarity with AI platform vendor evaluations, enterprise IAM integration patterns using Okta, Entra ID, or Ping, AI governance frameworks, or centers of excellence.
- Previous experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or high-tech manufacturing is a bonus.
