Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise shared services using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
  • Lead integration across WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS, Apache Camel, and JMS platforms.
  • Define and enforce standards for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams on application design and platform strategy.
  • Provide Tier 3 production support and resolve high-impact incidents through advanced troubleshooting.
  • Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work, and build technical capability.
  • Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to identify enhancements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining enterprise shared services with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
  • Deep expertise in Java 8, Apache Camel, JMS, WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS, OSGi, REST APIs, SSL, and related open-source technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, high-traffic backend environments during critical situations.
  • Practical experience with GitHub, uDeploy, SonarQube, and their integration into an Agile development lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for application analysis, tuning, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to lead technical delivery, manage competing priorities, and operate with professional maturity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Docker, OpenShift, critical-incident diagnostic tools, Linux command-line administration, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, or the Lightspeed deployment platform is beneficial.
  • A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial.
