Base Salary
$87k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for defense systems.
- Develop and sustain cloud-enabled systems that ingest, tag, and audit data while maintaining data security, integrity, and availability.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, leaders, customers, and users to develop and field operationally relevant system capabilities.
- Apply software engineering best practices to improve software quality and process efficiency.
- Work in an Agile environment using multi-tiered architectures, cloud services, DevSecOps, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing object-oriented software using Java and other object-oriented languages.
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance with SCI eligibility before the start date.
- Typically, a STEM degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least three years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Preferred experience with Agile development.
- Preferred exposure to AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms and managed service integration.
