Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain customized Oracle Federal Financials solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Federal Administrator modules.
- Write, performance tune, and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts, packages, procedures, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle EBS and external DoD and DHA boundary systems.
- Design and develop customized GUI forms using Oracle APEX and Oracle Application Framework.
- Ensure code and configurations comply with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides and Information Assurance policies.
- Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and implement code changes in coordination with the DBA team.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, including MD.070 and MD.120, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Developer experience, including at least 3 years focused on Oracle Financials in a federal or DoD environment.
- Deep expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Analytics Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Possess or obtain within 90 days of starting one of the following DoD 8140 certifications: CSSLP, GCLD, or GSEC.
- Prior DoD, DHA, federal contract, financial business process, FIAR, AWS migration, or AWS integration experience is desired.
- An active Public Trust/T3 or higher clearance is preferred, and the candidate must at minimum be able to obtain a Public Trust/Tier 3 (NACI) clearance.
