Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver features in the all-TypeScript React and Node stack.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define problems and develop incremental solutions.
- Validate product solutions with users and influence product and business direction.
- Deliver AI-driven agentic solutions for insurance experts in an MCP-driven environment.
- Model complex insurance data and relationships in intuitive tools that improve decision-making.
- Collaborate in a remote-first engineering culture and contribute across the full product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node or a similar stack, with a history of shipping production code.
- Track record of influencing product and business direction through engineering insights.
- Familiarity with or interest in applied AI and LLM techniques for real products.
- Ability to work across specifying, testing, iterating, and validating features with users.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Austin or team offsites.
