Responsibilities
- Own consumer-facing agent frontend experiences across mobile and web, including conversational interfaces, trading ideas, and application entry points.
- Build real-time streaming interfaces for AI-driven advice, one-tap trade approvals, and autonomous execution.
- Set frontend architecture and technical direction for streaming state, real-time market data, and conversational UX.
- Improve engineering standards through design reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance.
- Shape agent behavior through prompt engineering, evaluations, and conversation analysis.
- Partner with design, backend engineering, and a registered investment adviser to take features from concept to launch within regulatory guardrails.
Requirements
- Require 8+ years of professional engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
- Require expert-level React Native and native iOS with Swift or Android with Kotlin experience, plus TypeScript and React proficiency.
- Require technical leadership of frontend architecture across multiple product areas or a platform, including state management, API integration patterns, and performance improvements.
- Require production experience with LLMs, agentic systems, tool calling, streaming responses, or conversational interfaces.
- Require a track record of driving projects from zero to production with minimal oversight and owning product and technical decisions.
- Backend experience, preferably with Go, and familiarity with crypto, trading, or financial products are preferred.
- Experience across both iOS and Android platforms is a plus.
