Base Salary
$218k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end frontend experiences for the agent across web and mobile, including conversational interfaces, trading ideas, and app entry points.
- Build real-time streaming interfaces for AI-driven advice, one-tap trade approvals, and autonomous execution.
- Set frontend architecture and technical direction for streaming state, real-time market data, and conversational user experiences.
- Raise engineering standards through design reviews, technical standards, mentorship, and architectural leadership.
- Shape agent behavior through prompt engineering, evaluations, and conversation analysis.
- Partner with design, backend engineering, and a registered investment adviser to launch features within regulatory guardrails.
Requirements
- Require 8+ years of professional engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
- Require expert-level React Native and native iOS with Swift or Android with Kotlin experience; experience across both mobile platforms is a plus.
- Require proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Require demonstrated technical leadership of frontend architecture across multiple product areas or a platform, including state management, API integration patterns, and performance improvements.
- Require experience building LLM-powered systems in production, including agentic systems, tool calling, streaming responses, or conversational interfaces.
- Require a track record of driving projects from zero to production with minimal oversight while owning product and technical decisions.
- Backend experience, preferably with Go, and familiarity with crypto, trading, or financial products are preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven coding best practices to improve productivity and code quality is preferred.
