Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.
- Design and integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise tools using APIs and middleware.
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Establish governance standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce security and performance best practices.
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, and leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Guide development teams on coding, integration, platform configuration, and implementation practices.
- Gather requirements and create and deploy solutions for end users.
- Monitor Salesforce releases, Data Cloud, AI, and industry trends to optimize the technical landscape.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry or CRM experience, including at least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, object models, APIs, concurrent actions, and governor limits.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Extensive knowledge of Force.com, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, Metadata, and Streaming APIs and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data migration, sharing rules, profiles, role hierarchies, and enterprise security compliance.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem and Salesforce data management tools and processes.
- Must possess a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, problem-solving, communication, and data presentation skills.
