Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end observability strategy for cloud infrastructure.
- Manage the Wrike product infrastructure to ensure uptime.
- Implement solutions to maintain a product uptime SLA of 99.9%.
- Work with GCP, AWS, and other cloud providers using Infrastructure as Code.
- Introduce and support new infrastructure services.
- Participate in incident response and management, including on-call duties.
- Develop and maintain professional connections within and outside the team.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with observability stack.
- Intermediate knowledge of data networks, security, databases, and process automation.
- Advanced experience with cloud provider management using Infrastructure as Code.
- Advanced Linux administration skills for maintaining highly available infrastructure.
- Proficiency in messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and load balancing tools like Nginx and HAproxy.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Zabbix.
- Upper Intermediate English skills.
