Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations.
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Translate business needs into standardized processes and solution designs.
- Prepare technical specifications and implementation documentation.
- Develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CMDB solutions.
- Implement and support Service Mapping solutions.
- Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow technical issues and provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery and participate in design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM solutions, including CMDB management and Service Mapping.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience developing technical solutions and performing integration testing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and global collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certification in any module are preferred.
