Base Salary
$148k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own prioritization of partner product priorities across the ISV ecosystem and provide sequenced roadmap input with product management.
- Maintain a current view of ISV integration states, gaps, and opportunities across the combined platform.
- Own technical messaging, reference architectures, integration patterns, and joint value narratives for the ISV ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary technical counterpart to ISV partner solution architects and product leaders.
- Run technical cadences with top ISV relationships and coordinate global strategy with regional partner teams.
- Support workshops, webinars, hands-on labs, partner marketing events, and technical sessions.
- Equip partner field teams with demo narratives, architectures, and use cases.
- Provide structured ecosystem feedback to product and engineering on integration gaps, friction, competition, and roadmap opportunities.
- Build reusable collateral, playbooks, and enablement assets for the partner solutions architecture team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
- Direct experience with ISV, technology partner, or product partnership motions, including shaping partner-built products or integrations.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps through requirements gathering, prioritization cases, and product-leadership alignment.
- Strong hands-on background in SQL, data modeling, and modern data platform architecture.
- Fluency across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, agent interfaces, and MCP.
- Excellent technical writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to operate globally and cross-functionally, drive outcomes in ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
- Preferred: experience with data ISVs in BI, catalog, governance, observability, activation, or AI tooling.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran.
- Preferred: experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, integration certification programs, technical communities, cloud marketplaces, or co-sell programs.
- Preferred: background in product management or technical product marketing, and experience navigating partner-competitor relationships.
