Base Salary
$180k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic development environment to ensure agents can operate independently in cloud-based setups.
- Build tooling integrations that connect agents to necessary systems for software development and debugging.
- Manage documentation to enhance agent guidance and ensure effective use of conventions and package structures.
- Work with engineers to identify and address challenges faced by agents, improving documentation and tooling access.
- Serve as a project manager for internal AI agents, staying updated on AI productivity trends and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to understand complex backend code quickly.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Experience in writing effective agent documentation that improves agent output.
- Proven track record of building developer tools or infrastructure that are widely used by engineers.
- Comfortable working across the stack, including CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and application code.
