Responsibilities
- Develop and lead application development and framework initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, document, and deliver new and enhanced software systems.
- Coordinate with QA teams to initiate and complete testing and review test plans.
- Plan upgrades, migrations, optimizations, and new implementations while resolving efficiency issues.
- Write and review scripts, templates, interfaces, and utility applications.
- Provide level 3 support, troubleshoot systems problems, and recommend improvements and best practices.
- Oversee work of others for code quality and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Lead partner meetings, communicate status and decisions to management and technology leadership, and deliver presentations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software coding and development.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, modeling and databases, application servers, caching technologies, application design, and testing.
- Knowledge of application design, application maintenance, implementation, programming, system testing, and system development life cycle practices.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, computer science, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems conceptually, make proactive decisions, collaborate, and guide other team members.
