Responsibilities
- Build core platform systems including data pipelines and API infrastructure.
- Design scalable data models and storage strategies for CRM workflows.
- Establish observability and performance standards as the customer base scales.
- Create platform standards for API patterns and deployment practices.
- Own critical technical decisions regarding infrastructure and technology selection.
- Partner with founders on technical strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building distributed systems and platform infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in database design and query optimization.
- Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Postgres.
- Experience in building developer-facing infrastructure like APIs or SDKs.
- Strong operational instincts for monitoring and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
