Responsibilities
- Provide SAP consulting and solution architecture services to clients.
- Analyze client needs and implement SAP software solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support effective SAP application utilization through training and implementation support.
- Develop recommendations from complex ideas, proposals, data, and stakeholder perspectives.
- Resolve issues affecting team effectiveness and address work that does not meet firm or client expectations.
- Coach team members, encourage ownership of development, and build consensus across viewpoints.
- Stay informed on global trends and their impact on clients while upholding professional ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
- At least 13 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory and preferred expertise as an SAP Solution Architect.
- Required experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Required education includes a BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, or ICWA; the posting specifically lists Bachelor of Engineering and MBA as required fields of study.
- Ability to analyze complex business issues, develop recommendations, communicate clearly, manage stakeholders, and coach others.
