Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with customers to understand their workflows and success criteria.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for operational problems.
- Build and maintain production systems including APIs and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementations.
- Operate in high-stakes environments where reliability and speed matter.
- Identify patterns across customer deployments to inform product development.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence system design and roadmap.
- Own deployments from initial scoping through launch and iteration.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python; TypeScript/JavaScript experience is a plus.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in fast-changing environments.
- Experience with AI systems (LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering) is a strong plus.
